Below you'll find our refund policy, outlining our commitment to customer satisfaction and transparency.
RETURNS
Not all products bought at Auto Market Australia can be returned or refunded. Items that are not in stock at the Auto Market Australia warehouse that need to be ordered from a supplier cannot be returned.
Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from delivery date.
Qualifying return items will incur a 15% return fee if returned via the original payment method. Optionally, you can choose to receive store credit in the amount of 100% of the original purchase price, which will be applied to your customer account.
Be aware that returns will not be accepted on products that have been opened, test-fitted, damaged, or have missing, damaged packaging or contents.
Also, initial shipping fees will not be refunded.
If the part supplied is inappropriate for the vehicle or proposed application as specified by us, we will cover the return postage and offer full refund or exchange.
You are requested to carefully inspect your options before purchasing, because we do not issue refunds for change of mind.
ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for return.
CANCELLING ORDERS
Not all items purchased from Auto Market Australia are eligible for cancellation.
Orders for items not in stock at the Auto Market Australia warehouse, which need to be sourced from a supplier, cannot be cancelled once they are in transit.
Additionally, items that are made to order or specially procured for an individual order cannot be cancelled once the manufacturing process has started.
TRANSACTIONAL COSTS
Due to the associated transactional costs from the use of Afterpay & Zip Money any order cancelled using these payment methods will attract a 6% processing fee, order processed using paypal will incur a 2.5% fee.
Swapping to another product with Auto Market Australia will not attract any cancellation fee. Please note that cancellation fees if applicable is added to the return fee.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PURCHASED ITEM?
you will need to contact Auto Market Australia by email or live chat to require a return for your item. If Auto Market Australia approves your return request you will be provided with an AMAR number. Use this as your reference number in all future communication with AMAR regarding your return. Once you are given an AMAR number by Auto Market Australia you will then be responsible for shipping the item back to Auto Market Australia. Ensure you use a courier service with tracking capabilities and insurance options. Ensure the item is packaged well and securely and will not deteriorate or get damaged. The item must be returned in perfect original condition including its original packaging for a return to complete. Affix the AMAR Number and our address 4140/77 Francis Street, Carlton, 2218 NSW to the package.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including gift cards, personalised or custom-made items, and selected clearance or sale items. Please refer to the product description or contact us for clarification.
